UndoPortal works on OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4. You install one free extension, paste your embed token, and a "Withdraw from a purchase" link appears in the customer account area automatically — no theme editing, no OCMOD refresh.
Before you start
OpenCart 3 and OpenCart 4 use different package formats. Download the right file for your version:

Get both packages from the OpenCart marketplace or from the UndoPortal download page.
1. Create your UndoPortal account
Go to admin.undoportal.com and create a free account.
2. Set up your store and copy the embed token
Fill in two fields:
- Store domain — your OpenCart store's domain, e.g.
mystore.com. This must match exactly — the browser blocks the embedded form if it doesn't. - Notification email — where you want to receive each new withdrawal notification.
Choose OpenCart as your platform, then click Embed code and copy your embed token.
3. Upload the extension
In your OpenCart admin go to Extensions → Installer, click Upload, and select the
.ocmod.zip for your OpenCart version.
On OpenCart 4 an extra step is needed: after the upload you'll see the file in the list — click the Install button on that row to copy the extension files into place. On OpenCart 3 the upload installs in one step.
4. Enable and configure the module
Go to Extensions → Extensions → Modules, find UndoPortal in the list, click Install, then Edit.
- Paste the embed token you copied in step 2.
- Set Status to Enabled.
- Click Save.
The settings screen also shows the standalone page URL — a direct link to the withdrawal form you can add to any footer or Information menu.
5. Confirm the form appears
Open your storefront and sign in as a customer. Go to My Account — you should see a "Withdraw from a purchase" link added automatically. Clicking it opens the withdrawal form.
If the form appears blank, check that the Store domain on your UndoPortal store exactly matches your OpenCart site's domain (e.g.
www.mystore.com, notmystore.com). The form is blocked by the browser if the domains don't match.
6. Make the form easy to find
Add a link to the withdrawal form in your footer or Information menu — EU consumer rights law requires the withdrawal function to be easily accessible during the entire 14-day window.
In your OpenCart admin go to Design → Menus (OC4) or System → Design → Layout (OC3) to add a menu link to the standalone page URL shown on the extension settings screen.

Your OpenCart store now has a compliant EU withdrawal form. Customers can access it from their account area or any link you add to your menu.
