PrestaShop Withdrawal Form: Troubleshooting

Sebastian Stoll · · 2 min read

After you connect the UndoPortal module, it creates a withdrawal page on your PrestaShop store automatically. In almost every case it just works. This page covers the one thing that occasionally trips people up — and a couple of quick checks if something looks off.

The form area is blank or won't load

If the withdrawal page opens but the form itself is empty (a blank box where the form should be), the cause is almost always the same: the store domain in your UndoPortal account doesn't match the domain your PrestaShop store actually runs on.

The form is embedded in your page as a secure frame, and for security it is only allowed to appear on your store's domain — the one you entered when you signed up for UndoPortal. If the two don't match, your browser quietly blocks the frame and you get an empty area.

This happens most often when:

  • You signed up with example.com but your store actually serves on www.example.com (or the other way around).
  • You signed up with a temporary or staging domain and later moved to your real one.
  • Your store moved to a new domain after you connected.

How to fix it

  1. In your UndoPortal dashboard, open Settings and check the store domain.
  2. Make sure it matches the address customers actually see in the browser when they visit your shop.
  3. Save, then reload the withdrawal page on your store.

Both example.com and www.example.com are allowed automatically, so you only need to get the bare domain right — you don't have to worry about the www.

A few other quick checks

If the page itself is missing or the wrong thing shows up, run through these:

  • Can't find the page? The module creates it under Design → Pages in your PrestaShop admin, titled Withdraw from your order. Its link is also shown in the success message right after you connect.
  • Customers can't find the form? The page is created but not linked anywhere by default. Add it to your footer under Design → Link Widget so it's easy to reach — the EU rules require the form to be easily accessible.
  • Status still says "not connected"? Re-open Modules → UndoPortal → Configure, generate a fresh pairing code in your UndoPortal dashboard (Settings → Connect PrestaShop), and paste it in again. Codes expire after a few minutes.

Still stuck?

If the form is still blank after the domain matches, get in touch from your UndoPortal dashboard and we'll take a look — it's almost always the domain, but we're happy to check.
